School Comprehensive Education Plan
A SCEP plan, or School Comprehensive Education Plan, is a strategic document developed by a school to outline its goals, priorities, and action steps for improving student achievement and overall school performance. It typically includes data-driven goals based on student performance metrics, strategies for professional development, plans to engage families and the community, and interventions for addressing areas of academic need. The Brookhaven Elementary School SCEP was created collaboratively by school leadership, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders, and it serves as a roadmap to guide school improvement efforts over the course of a year.
